Town: Midland, Ontario
A medium-sized town with a large tourist population in the summer, Midland faces the challenge ofmeeting variable demands with limited resources. To help them rise to the challenge, the Advisory Service met with town employees who highlighted the lack of a process for finding andusing data, inconsistent data sharing within the organization, and difficulty engaging stakeholders.
