The Challenge empowers communities to adopt a smart cities approach to improve the lives of their residents through innovation, data and connected technology.

Our community will provide an efficient, high-ridership public transit system with routes that meet riders’ needs. Congestion and our ecological footprint will be reduced, as will our greenhouse gas emissions.
