Cities are made of all kinds of people, but they’re not built for all of us. Overwhelmingly, women’s needs are neglected in the design of our streets, buildings, and public spaces. Our panelists discuss issues like perceptions of safe streets, the cost of stroller-friendly lobbies, gender-guided transit behaviour, and what the number of public toilets tell us about how equitable our cities really are.
