This session was presented as part of Future Cities Canada: #UnexpectedSolutions.
Catherine Tammaro, Alan Corbiere, and Ange Loft
This inaugural fireside chat is a filmed dialogue featuring Anishnaabe, Wyandot/Wendat and Haudenosaunee perspectives on land, language, place, governance and storytelling by renowned knowledge-keepers Catherine Tammaro, Alan Corbiere and Ange Loft. They explore how their relationships and practices transform the natural and built landscapes of cities built on occupied Indigenous territories; and inform contemporary practices of placekeeping, land and cultural stewardship, language stewardship, decolonial action, and urban planning.
