The Challenge empowers communities to adopt a smart cities approach to improve the lives of their residents through innovation, data and connected technology.

Au centre-ville, faire d’un site industriel abandonné un écoquartier diversifié et ainsi créer un milieu à échelle humaine se distinguant par la mise en valeur des meilleures innovations et pratiques de développement durable : un modèle d’intégration urbaine doté d’un potentiel piétonnier qui mènera à une qualité de vie remarquable.

In the city center, we aim to turn an abandoned industrial site into a diversified eco-neighborhood and thus create a human-scale environment distinguished by highlighting the best innovations and practices of sustainable development: an urban integration model with potential pedestrian that will lead to a remarkable quality of life.
